With an ever-changing selection of wines by the glass to suit the season, it allows our guests to sample a plethora of different varietals not common to Australian vineyards.Think German Riesling, French Gamay and Argentinian Malbecs to name a few.
Our food offering is designed with sharing in mind. The menu has been structured to allow guests to try a multitude of flavours on every visit. Thinking of having a small bite with wine, then try our truffled pecorino and wild mushroom 'panini'. Want something a little more substantial - have our bangalow pork belly with seared scallops and carrot puree.
